Linahan will retire July 9 as general manager from the Springfield Utility
Board in Oregon. Linahan has been with the utility for 31 years and has been
general manager since 2005. He joined SUB as a systems engineer and also held
positions as engineering manager and electric director. Director of Resource
Management Jeff Nelson will succeed Linahan. Nelson has been with the utility
for 15 years.
